This book was a great help in my ongoing journey as an Agile Senior Consultant. The authors were able to highlight significant charackter elements and skills to create valueable products for and with my customers. The examples and visuals of this book are easy to understand and show the deep experience and knowledge of the authors which are Professional Scrum Trainers.

I have read quite a few books on the topic of product ownership by now, and this book is the best one I've read. The book walks the reader through the thought processes involved in defining a product, including vision, strategy, staffing the team, designing, building, testing, deploying and getting feedback from users. The main focus is on software products, but most of the content is relevant for other types of products too. The reader will get a well-equipped toolbox for managing and owning
